About Dr. Kathuria
Dr. Bhushan Kathuria is a distinguished ENT, Head & Neck Onco-Surgeon, and Skull Base Surgeon with over nine years of dedicated practice, known for elevating specialized surgical care from tier-2 cities to national recognition.
Born and raised in a small village in Haryana, where healthcare was scarce and education limited, Dr. Kathuria's journey into medicine was fuelled by personal experiences of witnessing family and neighbours struggle without access to proper treatment. Despite beginning his education in a Hindi-medium school, he overcame language and resource barriers through perseverance, self-study, and mentorship, building a foundation that would carry him into a successful medical career.
He graduated from Government Medical College, Rohtak, where his early exposure to ENT surgeries sparked his passion for the field. Over time, he gravitated towards Head & Neck Oncology, drawn to its complexity and transformative potential in patients' lives. His pursuit of excellence led him to advanced training in Kerala and a fellowship in Skull Base Surgery at Weill Cornell, New York, where he mastered cutting-edge techniques that now define his surgical practice.
Choosing to return to Rohtak, despite opportunities in metropolitan hospitals or abroad, Dr. Kathuria established a centre that delivers world-class ENT and oncological care in a region where such services were once unimaginable. Today, he leads a team of more than ten surgeons, performing complex head and neck procedures with a patient-centric, innovative approach.
